Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped room. Our room was in the central of the three villas. Bed very comfortable, with good pillows, we slept very well. There was plenty of space to put luggage and hang items (although perhaps a hook or two near the door would be useful). The bathroom was excellent, shower pressure good. Soft fluffy robes were good and the slippers were appreciated. We did find the room a little too warm (and despite our attempts could not lower the temperature using the room controls), but we slept with the window open which fixed the issue. It was lovely and quiet. The staff were all very professional, friendly and kind. The spa was excellent and having exclusive use was a bonus. Breakfasts options extensive (including Prosecco) and high quality. The restaurant food was good, the Florentina steak a highlight. Being outside of the main area of Florence was in many ways a bonus, as it felt peaceful and airy, and we enjoyed the views of, and being able to walk (or go for a run) by, the river. Valet parking was convenient, albeit pricy. Overall, we were very pleased that we chose this hotel, it was a special place to spend Christmas in Florence.

We had the best stay here! The hotel overlooks the river Arno which is absolutely beautiful… the hotel offers free bikes to borrow which is such a bonus getting into Florence as it’s 2.5k walk. Would highly recommend doing a cycle down the river (opposite way to centre of Florence) and exploring the Italian countryside in the sun! amazing river path with stunning views. The spa facilities & staff were super friendly and helpful and everything was super clean and convenient. Breakfast was also lovely!! huge variety of food We are very sad to be leaving… it’s the perfect romantic couples stay and we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a more affordable Florence spa hotel. Getting a river view room is definitely recommended :)

We loved our cozy and well-appointed room! We were welcomed for our honeymoon visit with strawberries and Prosecco - a wonderful personal touch. The bed was very comfortable - which is great as my wife often has trouble sleeping in hotel beds, but not at Ville sull'Arno. Our Jacuzzi tub was perfect for relaxing after long days of walking around Firenze. Access to a great restaurant was a plus. We only had breakfast but it was very good. Bar staff were helpful. The concierge was able to give us great recommendations and helped us arrange cabs when needed. We would stay here again!

The hotel is immaculately clean. It’s lovely to come back here after sightseeing and be by the l tranquil pool. Plenty of free pool towels available. it’s 15 euros by taxi to town centre if you don’t use the shuttle bus. The lunch menu is delicious and reasonably priced although drinks are quite expensive. We booked a superior double which had a large bathroom. The toiletries are beautiful and the towels and linen are very high quality. We did not have breakfast but there is a lovely café very close by. The staff are very professional and helpful

I found all the staff of the hotel from the front desk, the cleaners to pool side/bar service to be very friendly and professional. The pool was lovely and very comfortable and relaxing. Also, I was leaving early to catch the train with my family, the manager at reception helped with booking taxi, booking my rail tickets and also had breakfast boxes for us to have on our journey. We also got a upgrade to the a room with the river view - which was a great surprise and set the pisture for the rest of our stay.
