Ville Sull'Arno

A beautiful hotel. We had a wonderful week here in August celebrating my mums 60th birthday. The hotel is stunning. We were very fortunate to receive an upgrade on our room and had a lovely view over the river. My mum had a balcony to her room, which she loved. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The pool is beautiful to cool down in from the 40° heat and a lovely place to relax after days spent sightseeing. The hotel runs a regular shuttle which you need to book, but we used this nearly every day, perfect to get to the centre of Florence. We had lunch on the first day in the hotel restaurant which was lovely and ordered a couple of times round the pool. Fantastic cocktails (and mocktails - which I opted for being 5 months pregnant). The mini ice creams at 5pm were also a lovely treat! The spa is hidden away under the hotel and we visited this a couple of times, which again was beautiful. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. We loved our stay and definitely plan to return with our new addition.

The whole stay was absolutely wonderful. A perfect hotel with comfortable rooms, restaurants, and bar. Amazing staff who couldn't do more for us. Dinner was excellent, as was breakfast. Lovely spa, and the free shuttles were such a great perk avoiding big taxi fares. The hotel was clean and comfortable and had a wonderful ambience. Decor was perfect and really lovely to enjoy for the week. Free waters in the room were really lovely, too, and a mini bar with a range of drinks at a reasonable cost. Enjoyed prosecco on the balcony. Dressing gowns in the room were comfortable, and the turn down service was nice to have. Check-in and check out went smoothly, and taxis can be ordered at reception and arrive around 5 mins. Thank you so much

Amazing location. Beautiful garden. Lovely rooms some with a pretty view of the river. I have stayed here three times and will come back for the lovely pool area.

Amazing hotel - staff can’t do enough for you - first class service. Fabulous decor with huge attention to detail making the place feel like a Tuscan villa. The suite was superb with comfortable furniture, a private hot tub and a spa bath. Complimentary bottled water and tea / coffee machine + mini-bar. Cleanliness of the room / bedding / towels was exceptional with daily servicing. The breakfast was a buffet of delights with a huge hot and cold selection and on the day we had an early start they provided a breakfast basket for our journey. There’s a free shuttle service to and from the centre of town too. Quality and service in a fantastic setting. Great value for money.
